Information collection and use

Frankimedes Labs produces Gravity Tiles as a Free app. This service is provided by Frankimedes Labs at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors of our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for anyone who decides to use our service. If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The personal information that we collect is used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We use the following third party providers from Unity that may collect information used to identify you:

Advertising

We use advertising served by Unity Ads to enable us to offer our games for free. Further information can be refered to via their privacy policy.

Unity Ads and Unity Analytics may collect device information, like IP address and device identifiers, and information regarding the delivery of ads and your interaction with them, all of which may be shared with ad publishers and attribution companies.

Unity collects the following data: whether you click or tap an ad for a new game, whether you watch the ad or play a game frequently, whether others playing a game like the one you’re playing have downloaded a particular new game, and whether you download and install the new game you see advertised. Where a developer has enabled certain features, Unity Ads may also collect your session information and monetization events. All of this is for purposes of predicting the types of new games that you might like to download. Unity may track additional data about you in the future for purposes of making these types of predictions, and we will notify you prior to new data collection.

To opt out of data collection from Unity Ads and Analytics, for those in the EU, when presented with an Ad, you can tap on the Data Privacy Icon ("i") button.

Additionally, regardless of location, you may opt out of personalised ads by taking the following steps on your Android device:

1. Open the Google settings app on your device (called Google Settings or Settings, depending on your device)
2. Scroll down and tap Google
3. Tap Ads
4. Switch on Opt out of interest-based ads or Opt out of Ads Personalisation

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.
